The report will present current research and the results of the work of the EG-5 Plant group for 2020. The work program of the group and promising areas of research will be considered. (Doroshkevich A.S., "Installation EG-5").
The results of studying the influence of the mass, energy of the ion, and the thickness of the two-layer coating on the degree of ion mixing at the TiO2 / SiO2 interface using the RBS method and SRIM simulation will be presented. The unique capabilities of the RBS method in the analysis of a multilayer structure will be shown (Tran Van Phuc, “EG-5 setup”).
