Bilby is a small-angle neutron scattering time-of-flight facility at the Australian Neutron Scattering Facility (ACNS) at ANSTO, Sydney, Australia. The facility has been in operation since 2015, more than 50 scientific papers have been published. The report consists of several parts: the facility of small-angle neutron scattering at ACNS; main design features and parameters of Bilby; the main scientific results of research in the field of "soft" and "hard" matter.
